Tera Patrick, born to a Thai mother and an English father of Jewish origins, grew up in San Francisco. Discovered by a talent scout at the age of 13, she embarked on a career as a model, despite initial difficulties due to her mixed features. After abandoning the world of fashion, she dedicated herself to microbiology studies and worked as a nurse. Returning to posing, this time naked, she entered the porn sector, achieving enormous success thanks to films such as “Aroused” and collaborations with magazines such as Playboy and Penthouse. Over the course of her career, Tera Patrick has founded a production company, launched a lingerie line, hosted numerous industry awards shows and participated in documentaries about the world of porn. Despite announcing several retirements, she has always returned to the industry, proving herself to be one of the most influential and enduring figures in porn. Her popularity is such that she was included in the AVN Awards Hall of Fame.
